My 2 cents: I purchased a regular office phone ☎️ from Ebay and I practiced every day for months receiving phone calls and making phone calls. I used my acting/theater background to make believe it was ringing and I practiced, and practiced and practiced for months. When it came to the actual real-life application, I had no issues because I spent all those months practicing. By doing the absurd, I learned a great skill. Now I look forward to answering and receiving phone calls. Like my old acting coach once told me, if you want to get good at a skill, you have to practice, you have to put in the hard work.
