Soy I don't really eat, but wheat and dairy through normal food intake. I have no restrictions but only have milk when it's *in* things - such as coffee or yoghurt. I don't drink it on its own. I have only changed my diet in the fact I am trying to lose weight and have cut down on bread during the day and overall alcohol intake (I don't smoke).
