in my life I went to speech therapy a looot. but when I was younger I either didn't understand my problem with the stutter but I didn't have hope at all. after some short years, I see one speech therapy from the past again. he didn't stutter so he doesn't have the experience. but I came to this with an optimistic mindset. I know without liking myself and having my stutter as a friend rather than an enemy my stutter wouldn't get better in the future. honestly one small technique helped me with narrowing blocks with hard sounds like B or P. I don't have to pay for the speech therapy so why not going? and like I said, I'm on the long journey to accept myself with every fault I have. also: my speech therapist said that next time (Tuesday) I will have to do a phone call so wooow I will be nervous af!
