Absolutely. I'm 30 now. Always was someone who stuttered. I don't remember feeling too much shame about it until high school, although that might just be because it's harder to remember further back. I didn't seek any help about it until the end of college because it really started affecting my mental health. The small amount of "therapy" I had didn't do much, but it was the first time where I met other people who also stuttered. Having that support and camaraderie helped me a lot. So anyways, you're not alone. Stuttering is annoying, but you can find strength in it.
