Only a few months ago I had a block stutter, but now I'm getting better. I got my first job at 17, then I quit it at 20 due to my naivety. I was depressed for many years and I couldn't see any future for myself. Now I'm 33 and working an entry level job but I'm grateful for it. I recommend this article to anyone who feels helpless in their circumstance, due to stuttering. It won't instantly change your life but it will give you some hope, because stuttering is treatable with the right medication, but speech therapists won't tell you that, otherwise that'd be losing business.
