Hey! This could possibly be word block, which I have and it completely sucks. Physiologically, your esophagus and respiratory tract tighten and stiffen with the psychological pressure to say what you have to say, and that leads to not being able to make that sound. I’ve discovered that using filler words before saying the intended word really helps me. For example, if you have difficulty with certain sounds in online school meetings, shove in some things beforehand, like “The answer I got for that was..” or “I think the answer is..” and try to mentally focus more on the filler than the “P” words. The more you fixate on the “P”s, the more daunting they become. And generally, if I don’t *have* to say the word that’s giving me issues, I’ll use a synonym. Hope this helps :)
