Wow you picked probably the hardest profession for someone who stutters haha. Good on you! Id say think about what “progression” actually means to you. If that means being able to hide your stutter really well then go for something like Fluency Shaping. Nothing wrong with that if you need to. I respect it and to each their own. I just think that Avoidance Reduction Therapy is more fulfilling long-term and can produce the same results with more widespread benefits, even though it might take longer to get there.
