It’s very helpful it really shows you how little breath we’re using on the day to day I’m not going to say it’s a cure or a must do but it’s definitely a reminder that it’s perfectly fine to take in as much air as you want esp being a stutterer we tend to shallow breathe for whatever reason it’s also great for defogging the mind as a general use so it’ll never hurt to practice it
