It doesn’t sound ridiculous at all. That’s how we’re wired I think. Sometimes when I know what I’m supposed to say, it’s worse. But I was a receptionist at one point (kind of my own personal hell but it was a great place to work) and I had to answer phones (again HELL). But after a while, it became second nature. I mean, I still had days where my stutter seemed impossible but for the most part, it was decent. I have about a year to practice!
