I find the opposite of this! When I have a good joke or comment that I wanna say so badly cuz it's really funny or clever and I want a reaction, I get so much anxiety knowing that I'll probably say " Hey guys, did you-----------silence------------------------um um um h-h-h-ear that ssssssssssound?" "Mmmmmme either, I was too busy blocking" so I STFU even tho the joke was reliant on me stuttering and blocking. Hmm I see what I did there. Doesn't make much sense lol
