I've recently started seeing a speech therapist here in Sweden as my stutter have become a lot worse lately. I went there not sure it would do anything for me, but when I really listened to what she told me and what we tried I actually felt a difference right away. I could say numbers and words I'd get completely stuck on before and that I hadn't been able to say for the last couple of years at least. A lot of it has to do with how you see yourself and how you feel about the stuttering aswell. I've noticed that now when I order some food or something I still might stutter a bit, but I don't feel as bad and try to think about the tricks, pauses, being able to take the time I need, lower the power of my voice, linger on letters to ease in on words without it being noticable. I've experienced a lot of positivity from seeing my speech therapist and every person will of course have a very different experience, but it's definitely worth to try it and best of luck to you!
