Stuttering and adderall

Stuttering and adderall I’ve stuttered since I was a kid but the worst for me was speech blocks. I totally stopped with speech blocks from ages 14-30. I was prescribed adderall from 10-14, but quit taking it as it affected my appetite too much. Over the pandemic I was prescribed vyvanse and coincidentally my speech blocks are back. My speech blocks feel worse than ever as well and it’s taken a toll on my confidence. Has anyone seen more speech blocks when prescribed ADHD medicine? The vyvanse is really helping with my focus but wondering if I should just try to quit it for a month to see what happens.
