My undergraduate degree is in nuclear engineering and my stutter ranges from severe at times, to hardly noticable at others. I am on my fourth job by choice. If you are able to convey that you are able to do the work, have a solid personality, and will give the company a strong return on their investment, you shouldn't have a problem. If a job doesn't want you because of your stutter, they aren't worth your time at all!
