Ask your friends and family to take mock interviews and practice in front of a mirror. Focus on your body language, be confident, take your time answering questions, and speak slowly. Do breathing exercises before the interview, cool down, release stress, and have a water bottle nearby(Ask to take a water break if you get stuck). Finally, be presentable, wear neat clothes and no fancy hairstyle. Just dress your best, It makes a lot of difference and boosts your confidence. Think of interviews as conversations between you and the interviewer—nothing more. You are not giving answers; you are explaining your answer to them! Good luck, you can do it champ!
