I’m quite susceptible to anxiety and stress, and it definitely impacts my fluency. I’ve had success with relaxation techniques like deep breathing, calming music, and stretching. Exercise also helps me to calm down. For me, doing these things proactively helps to keep my anxiety lower and I find I don’t stutter as much. When I’m anxious, I can get pretty locked up
