Explained the synopsis of a story to my mum in my own words and she was intrigued. I tell a lot of stuff to my mum, especially random things like what went on at school, stories in books etc. Usually, you could tell shes not interested but still hears me out throughout without interupting me and even asks questions. After a long day, we were hanging out in the living room and i began chatting about random stuff so i decided to tell about the thriller/mystery story i'm reading(its 20th Century Boys, for those wondering). Started off with a few stutters. I sat straight, started speaking slowly, and began to articulate the synopsis of the story. She was resting on a pillow on a different couch so you could tell she was tired. I told her the story in a way, she became intrigued and lifted her head to listen to me. I was elated. Its a small thing but enough to make my day. BTW: my mum is a goat, she is the one who always listens and never interupts when i stutter. Don't know if i can post my experiences but whatever.
