It’s paradoxical - if it’s bound to fail then fail saying what you most dread and fear. Objectively, women are just people. It’s the mind’s projection that makes it more scary for a reason, so you can confront it and learn to speak your mind! In my experience, accepting my own feelings make me panic far more than the actual response i get :)
