Jaw retrusion can contribute to both obstructive sleep apnea and speech problems, but I'm not sure it leads to stuttering. If I had to guess, the cognitive tiredness / brain fog caused by OSA may be a better explanation. Or it may not be related to any of these, I guess you'd have to find out through trial and error.
