Same I have pretty bad social anxiety and I am absolutely adamant that if I was 'normal' as in much less anxiety I would be much more fluent. Example, I could always speak perfectly fluent with my sister (I'm 19 she's 8) up until around 2 years ago where I thought to myself damn what if she heard me stutter and it caused her to learn that speech behaviour and stutter too. Since that one thought occurred I now stutter occasionally when talking to her because I'm fighting the anxiety. Never ending cycle ain't it, feel like life isn't worth it sometimes haha.
