I’m an Assistant Sales Manager, I manage a about 10 people on sales pitches, marketing, and individual performance, a big part of my job is customer service which can get difficult sometimes with a stutter but I embrace who I am and my coworkers are so supportive of me and are always patient even when it comes to difficult conversations (reprimanding for example). The customers can be... whack at times but nothing we haven’t all heard before!
