I hear you and I think you are an awesome person, an awesome parent. Also, thank you once again for the advice. She was screened last week by the school speech therapist and I should be getting results this week. I'll figure out from there what to do next and set up a private eval via our insurance. With the results, I think I'll have a better understanding. I thought the issue was her stuttering and R sounds but apparently, the therapist asked her to work on S and Z sounds, too. My hope is to get her help this summer and hopefully she will improve. I know if she has a real stuttering problem then this is a lifelong thing she will have to battle but I'm not totally certain that it is but whatever it is, I will get her help!
