I would say I have a moderate stutter. Depending on the day ya know. I have 20ish people “under” me in a manufacturing facility. You’re dealing with grown people and if you earn their respect and they see you as a competent leader, they could care a less if you have speech difficulties. I’m sure there is the anomaly here and there, but those people suck anyways. They might talk behind your back, but don’t let them think they could say it to your face.
