yeah, it’s easier said than done. there isn’t a just a switch where suddenly you don’t care what people think. it’s a gradual thing. best thing is to stick it out through the rough times and know that it’ll only get easier the more you put yourself in uncomfortable situations. also, it is amazing how similar a lot of our experiences are. for the longest i thought i was alone.
