For the most part, yes. The one truth I came to understand was that I needed to practice talking to get better and this came from working in jobs where I needed to converse with people a lot. Not just customers but also co-workers. It almost helps you hone your craft as a speaker and you learn where your strengths and weaknesses lie. The more i spoke the better I sounded. Am I cured? No, which is okay but I'm as close to it as I'll ever be. My stutter always comes out when I'm flustered and I feel it so I just tell myself to slow down and speak clearly.
