I was applying for Graduate schemes last year and I hated phone interviews and video interviews with a passion. All of my phone interviews would be a stuttering mess and I felt down for a really long time. Something that worked for me was saying I had a stutter but not as an outright statement but using it as an answer to one of their questions (preferably early on). By turning it into a good thing I think it really helped. For example something like 'why do you want to join this company' would be answered by me like 'Ive had a stutter since I was young but this company culture brings me at ease and will bring out the best of me ' or something like that. I got an offer for a job I didn't want but which was the first interview I tried that method. That in itself gave me the confidence not only to use it every time but in myself in general. Good luck to you :)
