Hi, I'm curious if you stutter when you talk to yourself aloud. I don't stutter when talking alone so now I catch myself when having imaginary conversation in my mind and thinking I would not be able to say these words. Then I'm repeating these words to myself aloud many times to show my timid part of brain that it's not true and I can say these words. Then I'm surprise that it works, I was able to say these words quickly and fluently when it came up in a conversation. Good luck 👍
