People should be trained in how to work with people with speech impediments

People should be trained in how to work with people with speech impediments I think all places of business should be trained in how to deal with people with speech impediments of all kinds. I am tired of being laughed at by people taking my order, or people checking me out in stores, customer service is being kind to the people giving money to their business and interacting with diverse individuals. Training should be required so that not only awareness is spread but better customer service as well.
