It goes in my left ear. It makes the pitch that I hear be higher, and it delays what I hear by a fraction of a second. When it does that, it makes my speech slower and more fluent. It takes time to get used to, but I've been using my speech easy for a year or so. It definitely has helped me a lot! I still stutter, but i have way less hard blocks in my speech and can be more fluent.
