I have to make a speech, need help

I have to make a speech, need help Hi! So I’m M14 and I hav to make a speech to the school district board of trustees asking for more funding and support for the robotics program tomorrow. Apart from the fact that I haven’t even started writing it yet, I have a moderate stutter and would like some advice on how to I guess not stutter lol. Thanks and have a nice day!
