I see it differently, you can't change the fact that you stutter so why bother being upset about it. I once read a quote from an Ancient philosopher: 'give me the calmness to accept the things I can't change, the power to change the things I can change and the wisdom to, at all times, see the difference between these two.' Focus an working on you stutter and you mental health because that has a big impact on your stuttering. Ofcourse it's logical you are' upset' about the fact that you stutter, but that does not help the situation at all. It has no use other than being miserable. Try implementing this philosophy in your life and see if it works for you.
