Roll with the punches, friend. It'll suck for a bit, but once you find your groove, you won't notice it nearly as much. In my experience, the less focused I am on my stutter, the less I stutter. Focus on what you're trying to accomplish with your words rather than what words you're trying to say. That technique keeps me from getting into a loop of hard repeats, and can help avoid blocks if I *know* there's a letter/word I'm going to struggle with.
