I appreciate that! I've been here for around 6 months but I don't want to stay here longer than 2 years. The pay is slightly better than most places by 50p or so and it just isn't worth all the work tbh. Hopefully you go through with your application and make it through. When I applied earlier this year, there were waiting lists for almost every position and it'd take a fair while for you to get into your desired role
