Well if you’re serious about it maybe look into what’s causing it, take some speech therapy, get an mri and scan your brain. If you have no scar tissue or weird anomalies than it might not be physiological based. Study it and investigate yourself, write down certain days your speech was better and everything you did that day, etc..same for when it’s a bad day, make a note of everything you did, consume, your state of mind, etc. overtime you will have collected enough data to have a more generalized idea of how to manage it better, what makes it worse, what helps, etc. Take pauses when speaking, it makes you sound “thoughtful” if you can pull it off good enough.
