I used to also use some filler words to initiate my speech! and I kept on using that crutch until I realized the reason I would tend to struggle at the beginning of speech because I put unnecessarily more effort at the beginning of my speech. So here's what I did to solve until it is not as difficult: Let's say I want to say "My company is"..... A second before I wanna say it, I try to think of ANY word or even a sentence that can precede the sentence. For example, "Thank you for the opportunity" and you can proceed with "My company is". Weirdly, I didn't stutter at all, I suspected that was the case because I didn't give myself a chance to worry about the words and the stuttering. I repeated that process on and on until now I don't need to do that technique to initiate my speech, except for the feared words since sometimes I still struggle to utter them. It works for me, I hope it does too for you. Good luck, buddy! updated: I was surprised that I had invented a similar technique to that of Lee G Lovvet mentioned by Joujojus. I think you can try mine or his since it has basically the same premises.
