Stuttered on a word in front of everyone today

Stuttered on a word in front of everyone today I legit was at a dinner and I stuttered at a basic word today and as I was tryna say it I kinda zoned out and stuttered on that word. I literally was cussing myself out and internally wanted to just walk out. My worst nightmare came true today. After that, I was tryna move past it and then started playing dumb. But what had happened, happened I guess.
