Go see a doctor, get a head scan. Speech and language changes are often the sign of other things going on since speech requires so many processes working together. It's a bit like having a wrench in a well-oiled machine. A small wrench can still cause problems. I'm not saying that this is your case, but it's always better to be safe than sorry.
