Thought about this quite a bit because it’s means something *completely* different based on how much you have hard silent blocks based on fear. A. If you do NOT have blocks, acceptance means “Hey, I stutter, and I’m not gonna let it stop me!” B. If you have blocks, it means, “Hey, I stutter, and my brain has built some very strong neural pathways around fear and avoidance, so *in order to get to the stage where I’m not gonna let it stop me*, I have to take some vital extra steps!” It can be understandably difficult for group A to understand group B. If you are in Group B, there are indeed free, and safe exercises you can do that can lead to dramatical and sustainable improvements.
