TOEFL - Omit Speaking Section or Get Extended Time ?

TOEFL - Omit Speaking Section or Get Extended Time ? Hello, I am appearing for TOEFL iBT, the test is scheduled in next month. I have severe stammering problem, I stammer alot while speaking can't even complete a sentence . As TOEFL offers accomodation for such candidates, I wanted to ask should I choose to Omit the Speaking Section or should I opt for Extended Time ? Also will Omitting Speaking Section affect my application or result as I'm applying for Colleges in US for Graduation Degree.
