Hey, do you remember the first time you had a block? Ive had a stutter all my life so Im a bit of a veteran blocker lol. Ive started to understand that my stutter is highly tied in with fear and anxiety. the more you stutter, the more embarrassed you get, the more anxiety doing that task again, more stuttering. i wonder if the reason you are having blocks is because you have the fear of doing so. i know its easier said than done but try forget that you ever blocked in the first place and dont focus on it too much. what you could try is - when you get asked your name, pretend your going to say a different name and then quickly change it at the end. for example - your name is Adam but think of Andrew. Say AAA... dam. im not sure if that makes sense but ive tried using this a bit
