Does anyone else stutter more when they're talking to someone in a higher position than themselves? A manager, etc. I'm fairly fluent even though I stutter. In my normal day I probably stutter 70% of the time, but if I'm at work and taking to a manager, a doctor or someone in a higher position than me; my stutter suddenly gets a lot worse and I could of been having a good day. I suppose it's nerves and not wanting to make myself look silly infront of them but I'm curious as to how I can get past this and keep my fluency when I'm speaking to these people. Any help?
