I've been there for a long and hard time. I'd often blame my stutter and think "if only I didn't stutter I'd be popular..." and stuff like that. Thankfully I found a group of people that like me no matter what, and now I feel a lot more confident about my stuttering. It's really tough at first but once you find those people that let you be yourself and feel loved you won't even think about your stutter anymore and I promise you you'll get there and find that group.
