Focus on the vowels and Elongate them. For example, on the word monkey: you say "moooooonkeeeeeey". You barely say the "m" sound and quickly jump to the "o" sound and Elongate it. Similarly, you barely say the "k" sound and quickly jump to the "e" sound and Elongate it. Do this for all the words when reading a paragraph. Read it slowly and you'll see that the words come out much easier. The easier it gets, the less you have to Elongate.
