I have had it for a long time (since i was 3) so i have only know life with it. But i get how you feel. I have always had like a nervous "tick" idk if it helps me but it calms me down. My friends also then know i am nervous to. 1 I won't look at your nose (looking in the eyes makes it worse) i will look at you chin or shoulders to get farther from your eyes 2 My hands clench bad my moms noticed more than i did but it was awful 3 I tap my fingers (any set pattern) 4 When not clenching I strech my hands out Find something that works for you and it has calmed me down and gotten me through many presentations and conversations!
