Synonym

Synonym I'm currently coming up with synonym's for everyday words that I stammer on, but I've come to a sentence that I use often that I just can't seem get around. If I want to ask someone "do you remember the \_\_\_\_", I always stutter on the word remember. Can anyone think of another way I can say it? I know it's a stupid question but it's a word I stutter on everyday and I can't figure out how to rephrase it, thanks.
