Ask her. We're not a monolith. Although in my experience most stutterers don't appreciate people assuming they know what they're going to say and finishing it, some (like me) actually really appreciate it if you're fairly confident. I just like how it speeds up conversation and saves us both the trouble. But only way to know is to open the lines of communication and ask her feelings.
