Speech therapy is for all ages, really. It's not a kids thing. Maybe you can find someone anyway? "Deal with", as indicated above, could mean a bunch of things, depending on how you want to go about it. You coming in here is a first step, we could say :) I have a job where I _have_ to communicate a lot, so I try to prepare myself for inevitable "crisis". That's a matter of getting used to being in a stutter situation - not to panic or lose control. That's an ongoing struggle, and I often reflect on the situations. I try to tell myself I'll keep concentrating on what I want to say. I know shit's coming, so I have to know myself in those cases - how I tend to behave, and how to try and change it, if it's messy. Stuff like that. :)
