Definitely! That's why it's important to do the things that make your anxious about your stutter( like ordering through the drive through) occasionally, just so you know you can. If you avoid it too much it becomes a phobia. And Everytime I feel like my stutter is a bit worse then usual I take like 10 minutes a day to kinda meditate and just breathe slowly and focus on relaxing. It's not an overnight fix but it helps every time.
