While it's your option to disclose, I am not sure it's necessary to spend several minutes, specifically in the beginning, talking about your stutter. It's retail. They want someone honest, dependable and someone who can follow orders. If you do feel the need to talk more about your stuttering, incorporate it with one of your answers rather than going on a tangent.
