What I found helpful to deal with speech blocks, is learning to **prioritize** correct motor programs/planning (*for example, initiating voice onset after instructing articulation*), in combination with **replacing** stutter behaviors/thought processes with instructing articulation (*for example, replacing anticipation with choosing to instruct articulation*) . This means, that I don't use tricks, I simply unlearn unhelpful and re-learn helpful behaviors/mindset that normal fluent speakers already apply
