Thanks for your response. I understand were your coming from. But I think this is easier said then done. Many times I have tried to be optimistic and engage with people as much as I can, and voice my opinions. But its when i get stuck and disfluent. Makes me really uncomfortable and just ruins the experience of being in others company.
